TALENT SCOUT FORM
Complete the form below to refer friends and family to work, live and play in Canada's Western Mountain Region. Please carefully review "How It Works" and "Things You Should Know" before submitting your form.
How It Works
If you refer a friend or family member to Canada's Western Mountain Region and they are successful in their application we pay you up to $500!
Payment Schedule:
After Completion of First Day - $50
After Completion of Three Months - $150
After Completion of Six Months - $300
Payments will be issued on the pay period following the referral’s milestones above. All bonuses are considered taxable income and are subject to taxes when applicable.
To be eligible for the Talent Scout Program:

Referred candidates must not have applied to any of our companies within the previous six months unless they were referred by you at the time of initial application.

Your Talent Scout Form must be submitted before the candidate's first interview.

The referral candidate must be hired as a seasonal, permanent or part-time employee (causal positions not eligible for referral)

If your referral applies to multiple positions within the region, a separate Talent Scout Form is required for each application.

If multiple employees refer the same person, only the first submission will be eligible.

Former Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Rimrock Banff & Canmore Regional Laundry colleagues will not be considered if they been employed by our companies in the last 12 months.

The following employees are not eligible to submit a Talent Scout Form: People & Culture team members, Talent Acquisition team members, Executive Committee members, and Hiring Managers for the department to which the referred candidate is applying.
