Student Work Experience Program
Originally designed over 30 years ago and exclusive to our five mountain resorts in Whistler, Banff, Lake Louise, and Jasper, the Student Work Experience Program (SWEP) is available to students currently enrolled in Hospitality, Tourism, Recreation, or Culinary programs at a college or university. SWEP provides students with the opportunity to gain industry-specific experience through seasonal co-op placements during their academic breaks. Participants can enhance their skills, adventure in the mountains, and take part in various events hosted for SWEP members throughout their placement.
