Student Work Experience Program
Designed over 30 years ago, and unique to our four Fairmont Mountain Resorts; Whistler, Banff, Lake Louise and Jasper. The Student Work Experience Program (SWEP) is offered to any students currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Tourism, Recreation, or Culinary post graduate program. Our intention with providing this program is to offer students the ability to work in their industry for a seasonal placement while they are on break from school. They can gain valuable work experience, adventure, and learn as we host many different events for our SWEP participants throughout their placement.
