The reporting year (2024) included bonus payments that were earned in 2023. In 2023, our leadership team consisted of a higher proportion of males in comparison to females. Today, 56% of our leaders are female, and our Executive Team has an equal 50/50 split of males and females, showing a better representation of females in Senior Leadership roles, and also making progress in closing the gender pay gap amongst bonus pay.
