Pastry Sous Chef

As Pastry Sous Chef you will be responsible for maintaining the standards of the hotel as well as the department. The Pastry Sous Chef is also responsible for the day to day smooth operation, the organization and the cooperation of staff within the department.

Conference Services Manager

The Conference Services Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing group events from contract turnover through to on-site delivery. Acting as the primary liaison between clients and hotel departments, the role ensures a seamless luxury experience that reflects Fairmont’s brand standards of service excellence, personalization, and operational precision.

Benefits and Wellness Manager

The Benefits & Wellness Manager is responsible for leading and administering the hotel’s health, safety, wellness, disability, and benefits programs. This role supports the wellbeing of colleagues through effective case management, disability and return-to-work coordination, WCB administration, benefits oversight, health and safety reporting, and proactive wellness programming. This position plays a key role in supporting a safe and healthy work environment across the hotel and acts as a trusted resource to leaders and colleagues on workplace injury management, accommodations, leaves, and benefit-related matters. The role is operationally focused, highly confidential in nature, and well suited to a professional with strong experience in health, safety, wellness, disability, and benefits administration in a complex hospitality environment.

In-Room Dining Manager

Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise is seeking a dynamic In-Room Dining Manager. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, this position will be responsible for the effective and efficient day-to-day operation. This position is ideal for the individual who aspires to increase department head level experience, manage multiple operations and continue the growth towards the next management level in Food & Beverage.
