How It Works
Participants step into meaningful, hands-on roles for a 12–18 month period, gaining practical experience that accelerates their leadership development and expands their skill set.
Each participant is paired with an experienced mentor who offers ongoing guidance, shares practical insight and supports their growth throughout the journey. The program is built to fast-track emerging talent and prepare future leaders for successful careers in hospitality.
Cross-Exposure Experience
The cross-exposure experience remains within the same division but allows participants to experience multiple departments of that division.
Placements in People & Culture, Finance, Sales & Marketing, and other departments are subject to availability.

Upon completing the program, you will have the opportunity to take part in a hands-on, real-world project focused on driving improvement, innovation, or guest experience enhancement within the hotel, working alongside your mentor.
Global Competition
Beyond presentation of the project within the property, there will be opportunity for further global visibility. People & Culture will support the participant in showcasing the final output of their business impact project through submission to a global competition.
Submissions are consolidated and reviewed to award and recognize exceptional projects.
